When you think about starting businesses most people conclude that the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the project are often difficult to enforce or collect, reality tells a different story to this belief.
The definition of venture says it is running a business, where you have to take risks and use initiative and a good intuition for the idea that projects be successful. Although many people today want to venture into a business mission, the truth is that you need special features in order to achieve success to start a business.
And the idea of starting a business has begun to have a peak between people seeking financial freedom, perhaps tired of adhering to companies that often have dreams of growing captives and go beyond.

Continuing the theme of How to start a company or business, discuss business plans. For many people the business plan is a mere formality, for others it must be even informally and it will guide the entrepreneur the first months of life of the company. But there are people like Professor Andrew Zacharakis, the Babson College, one of the major schools of entrepreneurship around the world, located in the United States, which states that no one should be faithful to the business plan initially outlined for this is based on the statistics reveal, at least in this country, that 95% of businesses with higher growth rates are quite different than initially planned.
This does not mean that writing a business plan is a waste of time. Document formatting can vary, the Internet can find many different conceptions or models.

Guy Kawasaki is certainly one of the people I most admire, I believe a total fan of his publications but most of them are in English and do not understand them very well.
On this occasion I share an article is a summary of a talk he gave at the University of Pennsylvania.
